Sub-League 05 / Event 1
Great Grappling at Our First League Event
Event 1 of the Sub-League 05 took place on Saturday, March 19. We had over 80 athletes compete in the event - which was completed in three hours.
People came from all over the northwest -- from Astoria, Kamas, Eugene, and from as far away as Kalispell, Montana.

Big Thanks to Ray Armstrong (Armstrong Martial Arts) and Nick Unander (Oregon Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu - Astoria) for all their help promoting the event, helping ref in it, and being great influences in keeping the atmosphere positive and fun!!! You guys and your gym rock. Also, we appreciate the presence of the Team Quest crew ... very cool.
Thank You to all of the support staff from the Beaverton Straight Blast Gym for helping making the event happen and go off without a hitch.
