Coaches
Coach registration for the 2012 Sub League Qualifier 2 will close at 11:55 p.m. on Wednesday, April 18. No late or day of registrations will be accepted. Spectator tickets can be purchased at the door ($7 or $5 with two non-perishable food items).
As you know, your athletes will benefit in ways that only come from live competition. Win, lose, or draw, the show of skill, determination, and camaraderie is inspiring to all those in attendance.
It is our goal to make sure that coaches are able to support their athletes during all our events. To help us accomplish this, please review and abide by the following guidelines:
- All coaches must complete the coach registration by the event registration deadline. Upon check-in at the event, the coach will be asked to complete a Coach’s Agreement and will receive a special wristband.
- Unfortunately, after the registration date closes, we won’t be able to provide any additional wristbands.
- Each team is entitled to one coach. Multiple coaches are allowed for teams with more than five (5) athletes competing (one coach for every five athletes – for example: a team of 8 would be entitled to 2 coaches; a team of 13 would be entitled to 3 coaches). Each coach must still pre-register before the event.
- Coaches that have a wristband will be allowed in the warm up area, bull pen, and ringside during their athlete’s competition.
- A coach is only permitted on the competition floor while actively coaching an athlete who is competing. Only one coach per athlete. Upon the conclusion of the match, the coach is expected to leave the competition floor area and return to the competitors’ coral or to the spectators’ bleachers. Refusal to do so will result in being escorted out of the event.
- All coaches, athletes, and attendees are required to conduct themselves in a professional, courteous, and sportsmanlike manner at all times. No negative comments or heckling allowed. Sub League will perform it’s right to remove negative influences without warning at any time.
